Quick Summary: Refund requests for courses must be raised within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has commenced.
1. Online Courses
Eligibility for Refund:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your course purchase date.
- Refund will only be considered if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to cardastrology@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
- More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- The refund request is for a promotional, discounted, or free course.
- Course access was granted as part of a bundle or special offer.
2. Ask the Astrologer Consultations
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
- If the consultation is not delivered within the committed timeframe due to a fault on our part, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- In case of technical issues preventing delivery, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at cardastrology@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include: your registered email, order number, reason for refund.
- We will review and respond within 3 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Please note that payment gateway transaction fees (charged by Razorpay or PayPal) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable gateway charges.
5. Course Transfers
Course access may not be transferred to another user. If you are unable to access your enrolled course, please contact our support team for assistance.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased course, please contact us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve it, a full refund will be issued.
