3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately at cardastrology@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Course Enrolment & Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course materials as outlined in the course description. Course access is granted to the individual purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, or resold.

• Course content including videos, PDFs, and materials is protected by copyright.
• Access to course content remains available as long as your account is in good standing.
• CardAstrology reserves the right to update course content to reflect current astrological knowledge.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (for INR) or PayPal (for USD). By making a payment, you agree to the respective payment gateway's terms of service. CardAstrology does not store your card or banking details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or distribute course content without written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers.
• Impersonate CardAstrology or its instructors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, course materials, and logos — is the intellectual property of CardAstrology and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardAstrology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
